Provamel believes in a natural and traditional production process. Provamel products are made from whole organic soybeans (and not with chemically extracted soy isolates). The soy beans are grown according to the organic agricultural production method, among others without the use of chemical or synthetic pesticides, without artificial fertilizers, etc. .
We use all the goodness of the whole organic soybean. First of all the soybeans are shelled, washed and soaked to finally be crushed and centrifuged in hot water. The resulting mixture is then filtered to provide the base for various delicious soy alternatives to dairy milks, yogurts, desserts and cream.
Provamel chose the environmental friendly Tetra Pak® drink cartons that enables the soy products to be fresh, in optimal quality and tasty when they arrive on your table with minimal impact on the environment
Throughout the whole process – from the field to when the finished product leaves our factories – Provamel maintains absolute traceability of its ingredients.
