  • 500 ml di Provamel Soya al cocco alternativa allo yogurt senza zucchero
  • 1 pompelmo rosa
  • 4 datteri Medjoul denocciolati
  • 10 g di semi di sesamo nero
  • 30 g di semi di girasole

  1. Distribuire Provamel Soya al cocco alternativa allo yogurt in due ciotole.
  2. Sbucciare il pompelmo, tagliarlo a pezzi e distribuire nelle due ciotole.
  3. Tagliare grossolanamente i datteri e aggiungerne una manciata in ciascuna ciotola.
  4. Mischiare i semi di sesamo e di girasole e cospargere sulle ciotole.
