Tostare l’avena in padella a fiamma moderata per circa due minuti mescolando di tanto in tanto.
Aggiungere la bevanda all’avena, la vaniglia in polvere e metà noci, portare a ebollizione e far cuocere a fiamma bassa per cinque minuti. Aggiungere un pizzico di sale a piacere.
Sbucciare e tagliare l’arancia a fette.
Versare il porridge in due ciotole, disporre le fette d’arancia e cospargere con le gocce di cioccolato e il resto delle noci.
