Mandorle

  • 300 ml di bevanda Provamel Mandorla non dolcificata
  • 2 banane mature
  • 150g di lamponi surgelati
  • 25g di bacche di goji (2 cucchiai)
  • 25g di semi di lino (2 cucchiai)
  • 30 g di mandorle tritate

preparazione

  1. Sbucciare le banane e versare tutto nel frullatore, tranne le mandorle.
  2. Frullare fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo e cremoso.
  3. Versare nei bicchieri e guarnire con le mandorle, qualche altra bacca e semi di lino.
