  • 500ml de Alternativa ao iogurte à base e Soja-Coco sem açúcar da Provamel
  • 1 toranja
  • 4 tâmaras Medjoul, sem caroço
  • 10g de sementes de sésamo preto
  • 30g de sementes de girassol

preparação

  1. Divida a Alternativa ao iogurte à base e Soja-Coco sem açúcar da Provamel por duas taças grandes.
  2. Descasque a toranja, corte em pedaços, e acrescente às taças.
  3. Corte grosseiramente as tâmaras e junte às taças.
  4. Misture as sementes e girassol e as sementes de sésamo e polvilhe.
