Papa Fibra de aveia

  • 75g de flocos de aveia
  • 400ml de Bebida de Aveia da Provamel
  • 50g de nozes descascadas
  • ½ colher de chá de baunilha em pó
  • 1 pitada de sal
  • 1 laranja
  • 10g de lascas de cacau

preparação

  1. Pique grosseiramente as nozes
  2. Toste a aveia numa frigideira em lume branco durante aproximadamente 2 minutos, mexendo sempre.
  3. Adicione a Bebida de Aveia da Provamel, a baunilha em pó e metade das nozes, deixe levantar fervura e deixe cozinhar durante 5 minutos. Adicione uma pitada de sal, a gosto.
  4. Descasque a laranja e corte em fatias.
  5. Divida a papa por duas taça, coloque as fatias de laranja no topo e termine com as lascas de cacau e as restantes nozes. Alto teor em fibra!
