  • 300ml de Bebida de Amêndoa não adoçada da Provamel
  • 2 bananas maduras
  • 150g de framboesas congeladas
  • 25g de bagas goji (2 colheres de sobremesa)
  • 25g de sementes de linho (2 colheres de sobremesa)
  • 30g amêndoas, picadas

  1. Simplesmente descasque as bananas e coloque todos os ingredientes numa liquidificadora, exceto as amêndoas.
  2. Processe até que fique suave e cremoso.
  3. Verta o conteúdo em copos e adicione no topo as amêndoas e mais algumas bagas goji e sementes de linho. Em seguida, simplesmente descontraia!
