Fatie os tomates, a cebola e os alhos. Corte o aipo em pedaços grandes. Forre um tabuleiro com papel vegetal e disponha os vegetais. Regue com azeite, tempere com pimenta e sal e leve ao forno a assar durante 30 minutos.
Coloque os vegetais assados numa panela. Acrescente água suficiente para cobrir os vegetais e acrescente o caldo de vegetais. Leve ao lume a ferver, deixe cozinhar em lume brando alguns minutos e retire do lume.
Triture a sopa até que fique cremosa. Acrescente a Bebida de Soja Natural da Provamel e tempere com pimenta e sal. Sirva guarnecida com algumas folhas de manjericão picadas grosseiramente
