FOAMO, the fear of missing out on perfect foaminess. Forget about it, just follow these 3 steps:
1) Make sure your Provamel is nice and cold before you start. Heat it up and keep below 60°C.
2) Stir with a foam mixer until it looks like something a barista whipped up.
3) Pour slowly to try a little latté art if you are brave  enough. Enjoy!

Oat

We use carefully selected organic oats grown in Europe. Oats are a very sustainable crops, with little ecological impact compared to other cereals. Just like soy, it has a low carbon footprint and uses a small amount of land to produce much. No extra watering is required, limited use of fertilisers is needed and they are no pesticides used. Plus, the whole plant gets used, nothing is wasted. Provamel may only use the flowering seedheads of the oats but the stems are also harvested and are used to enrich the soil.

HARVESTED IN EUROPE

We use carefully selected organic oats grown in Europe. Oat is a very sustainable crop compared to other cereals. It has a low ecological footprint due to low carbon and land usage, limited use of fertilisers and the fact that no water is used for irrigation.

CAREFULLY SELECTED

Once harvested, we select different varieties of oats which together create our signature mild, soft flavour.

DRY MILLED AND CONCENTRATED

After harvest, all the different varieties of oats are dry milled into a flour. Then, water and enzymes are added and the mix is heated to create a highly concentrated oat base/liquid.

OUR RECIPE

For our drinks, we mix the oat base with water and other ingredients, depending on the particular recipe. You can see all the ingredients we use on the individual product pages.
