Acai bowl with coconut, mint and banana

  • 160g of Acai Berries*, frozen
  • 3 Bananas
  • 200ml Provamel Almond Unsweetened
  • Coconut flakes
  • A handful of cranberries
  • A few sprigs of mint
  • 2 Coconuts (optional)
  • *As an alternative, use a frozen red fruit mix

  1. Mix Provamel Almond Unsweetened with frozen Acai Berries and 2 Bananas until smooth.
  2. Slice the remaining bananas
  3. Divide the smoothie over the bowls (or coconuts if you choose), top with some sliced banana, cranberries, coconut flakes and mint
  4. Serve the superfood bowl immediately!
