Granola with apple & coconut

  • 125g oats
  • 125g spelt flakes
  • 60g pumpkin seeds
  • 6 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp apple sauce
  • a pinch of salt
  • 40g dried apples (cut in cubes)
  • 20g coconut flakes
  • 20g cacao nibs

  1. Mix the oats, spelt flakes, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, linseed and the cacao nibs with the maple syrup and the apple sauce. Spread the mixture over a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  2. Put in a pre-heated oven of 160°C for 20 to 25 minutes and stir the mixture after 10 minutes. Take the granola out of the oven and let it cool down. Add the dried apple pieces and coconut flakes.
