  • 400ml Provamel Rice with Coconut drink
  • 2 Cantaloupe melons
  • 200g mango, frozen into pieces
  • 4cm ginger, grated
  • 100g red currants or blueberries, frozen
  • 6 tablespoons of granola
  • 4 tbsp Chia seeds
  • A few sprigs of mint

  1. Firstly, start with slicing the melons in half. Scoop the seeds from the center of each half melon and throw away.
  2. Remove a layer of flesh from inside the melon.
  3. Mix the pulp with the frozen mango, ginger and Provamel Rice with Coconut drink until smooth.
  4. Pour back in the melom half and finish with granola, Chia seeds, frozen berries of your choice and Mint. Serve and enjoy!
