Preparation for the smoothie:
Peel the banana and put it in a blender. Add the washed spinach, the pineapple pieces and half 200ml of the rice-coconut-pineapple drink and blend. Add the other 200ml of rice-coconut-pineapple drink and blend again.
Preparation for the pancakes:
Mix the buckwheat flour with the Coconut-Almond drink to a smooth dough.
Heat a frying pan and grease with plant-based margarine / vegetable oil. Pour a bit of the dough in the pan and bake the pancake on both sides.
Bake the apples with a bit of maple syrup as a topping for the pancakes and finish with some roasted almond flakes.
