Pour boiling water over the raisins and let soak for five minutes. Drain the water.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Mix all ingredients except the hazelnuts and raisins with an electric mixer. Then fold in the raisins and hazelnuts.
Place tablespoon-sized drops of the dough on the baking sheet, leaving a bit of space between each drop, and bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack and top/bottom heat for about 12 minutes.
