300ml Provamel Soya with Added Calcium and Vitamins
A few sprigs of Basil
2 tbsp of sunflower oil
100g Vegan cheese (optional)
125g Provamel Soya with Oat alternative to yogurt
Salt and Pepper
Heat Provamel Soya with Calcium and Vitamins until boiling point.
Mix the flour with the Provamel Soya with Calcium and Vitamins, Spinach, Basil and add salt and pepper for seasoning. Your pancake batter is now prepared.
Grease a non-stick pan or frying pan with sunflower oil on a medium heat. Pour your batter mix to cover the base of the pan and wait until dry/bubbly and then flip. Do this until all the batter is used.
In the meantime, half the apricots and remove the pit. Then bake or grill the apricots with the cut surface face down until they are golden.
