Banana and date oat shake

  • Juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
  • 4 Medjool (or dried) dates
  • 500 ml Provamel Oat Drink
  • 1 pinch of turmeric
  • 1 banana

  1. If you haven’t already remove the pits from the soaked dates. Save half of the lemon rind for garnish.
  2. Blend the rest of the ingredients until you get a nice smooth consistency. Pour into large glasses and garnish with lemon rind.

tip

This recipe is extra quick and easy if you soak the dates overnight. You can also peel, chop and freeze the banana for an extra fresh start to the day.
