Chard chia smoothie

  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2 large leaves of chard
  • 10 frozen or fresh strawberries
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 300 ml Provamel Rice Drink Unsweetened

  1. Soak the chia seeds in a little water for half an hour or overnight.
  2. Purée with all the other ingredients in the mixer.
