Bircher Muesli with Nuts

  • 4 pears
  • 160 gr of oats
  • 500 gr Provamel Soya-Almond alternative to yogurt Unsweetend
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 100 gr mixed nuts ( almonds, cashews, walnuts, whichever are your favourites. You could even throw in a few raisins for luck.)

  1. Grate the two pears in a large bowl.
  2. Mix in the oats one tablespoon of chia seeds , and the provamel soya Almond Unsweetend alternative to yogurt.
  3. Put in the fridge and leave for at least 30 minutes, overnight is even better and it’ll be ready and waiting for you in the morning!
  4. To serve thinly slice the pears and arrange them on top of the muesli, then finish with a sprinkle of the nut mix and the rest of the chia seeds. No fuss, no cooking, you’d have to be nuts not to like this way to start the day!
