Fibre Oat Porridge

  • 75 gr oat flakes
  • 400 ml Provamel oat Drink
  • 50 gr shelled walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 1 Orange
  • 10 gr cacao nibs

  1. Coarsely chop the walnuts.
  2. Toast the oats in a skillet over medium heat for about two minutes, stirring as you go.
  3. Add the Oat Drink, the vanilla powder and half the walnuts, bring to a boil and simmer for five minutes. Add a pinch of salt to taste.
  4. Peel the orange, cut into slices.
  5. Spoon the porridge into two bowls, arrange the orange slices over top and sprinkle with the cacao nibs and the rest of the walnuts. high five to high fibre!
