Fried bananas with coconut dip

  • 2 bananas
  • 150 ml orange juice
  • 2 tbsp. agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 200 ml Provamel Soya-Coconut Alternative to Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp. grated coconut

  1. Peel the banana and cut in half crosswise.
  2. Fry in a pan with the coconut oil.
  3. Flip after about four minutes, pour the agave syrup over the bananas, then add the orange juice, bring to a boil and simmer for two minutes.
  4. Mix the Soya-Coconut Alternative to Yoghurt with the grated coconut.
  5. Serve the bananas hot with the coconut dip.
