Mandarin Chocolate Overnight oats

  • 6 tbsp oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp chia seed
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup
  • 150ml Provamel Oat Drink
  • 1 mandarin
  • 1 tbsp hemp seed
  • 1 tbsp Provamel plant-based alternative to yogurt of your choice
  • Topping: 2 tbsp finely chopped 80% vegan dark chocolate + mint leaves

  1. Place the oatmeal, cocoa powder, chia seeds, agave syrup and Provamel Oat drink in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Place in the fridge for 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
  3. Serve the oatmeal with mandarin, hemp seeds, Provamel plant-based alternative to yogurt and top with dark chocolate and mint leaves.
