  • 500 ml Provamel Soya with Coconut Alternative to Yogurt Free From Sugars
  • 30g flax or mung bean sprouts
  • 1 orange
  • 4 Medjoul dates, pitted
  • 10g black sesame seeds
  • 30g sunflower seeds

  1. Divide the Provamel Soya with Coconut Alternative to Yogurt big pot between two bowls.
  2. Add a hand-full of sprouts to each bowl. Peel the orange, cut into pieces and divide between the two bowls.
  3. Roughly chop the dates and add a hand-full to each of the bowls.
  4. Mix the sunflower and sesame seeds together and then sprinkle on top.
