  • 8 dried figs
  • 40g walnuts
  • 200ml apple juice
  • 16 toothpicks
  • 500ml Provamel Soya with Almond Alternative to Yogurt Free From Sugars
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons agave nectar

  1. Knead each fig gently to soften it. Cut off the tip of each fig and gently slice each one twice to make a cross. Push your finger inside each fig to make a hole.
  2. Roughly chop the walnuts and place inside the figs. Close each fig with a toothpick.
  3. Heat up the apple juice in a small pan, then add the figs and simmer for five minutes, stirring gently once.
  4. In a separate bowl combine Provamel Soya with Almond Alternative to Yogurt with cinnamon and agave nectar.
  5. Divide the mixture between 2 bowls and pour the figs over.
