  • Provamel Soya with Oat Alternative to Yogurt
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 4 dried figs
  • 60g almonds

  1. Divide the Provamel Soya with Oat Alternative to Yogurt between two bowls.
  2. Dice the figs and place a hand-full into each bowl.
  3. Halve the avocado and remove the stone. Spoon out the flesh, dice and divide equally between the bowls.
  4. Peel the grapefruit, dice or cut into slices and divide these over the bowls.
  5. Finally, roughly chop the almonds and sprinkle over the top of each bowl.
