  • 500 ml Provamel Soya alternative to yogurt Unsweetend
  • 1 avocado
  • 30 gr flax-seeds or mung bean sprouts (or a mix, if you feel like it)
  • 20 gr hemp seeds

  1. Take two break bowls and divide the Provamel Soya alternative to yogurt between them.
  2. halve the avocado and remove the stone. spoon out the flesh, slice/ dice and share between the bowls.
  3. Top with a hand-full af sprouts and/or flax-seeds.
  4. Finish with a sprinkle of hemp seeds.
