Ingredients

  • 2 (+/- 400 g) sweet potato, coarsely grated
  • 1 chopped onions
  • 1 pressed garlic clove
  • 4 tablespoons of boiling water
  • A few sprigs of chives, chop half of the chives sprigs
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of Maïzena
  • 200 g Provamel plant-based alternative to yogurt Unsweetened
  • 1 tb of soya margarine

  1. Peel and grate the sweet potato. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Put the grated sweet potato in a sieve and push out the moisture. Add onion, garlic and a tablespoon of chopped chives.
  2. Make a paste of the maizena and water and stir the mixture with salt and pepper.
  3. Now make flat balls with your hands and press them firmly. Heat the plant-based margarine up in a frying pan and fry the rösti for ten minutes on both sides.
  4. Meanwhile, mix the lime zest and juice with the Plant based alternative to yogurt unsweetened and season with pepper.
  5. Serve the rösti with Provamel Plant based alternative to yogurt unsweetened and red beets.
