Pour the Provamel Coconut Almond drink and the agar-agar in a saucepan and bring quickly to a boil. Take it of the heat and add the agave syrup. Stir well.
Pour the mixture in ramekins and let it set in the fridge for 2 hours.
Put the berries in a saucepan with a teaspoon of lemon juice and put on the heat. If the raspberries have melted practically completely you can take them of the heat and sieve them. Sweeten the coulis with agave syrup if you like.
Turn the flan over on a plate, garnish with the coulis and finish with the rest of the fruit. Serve immediately.
