Barista Coconut Cacao Cappuccino

  • 200 ml Provamel Barista Coconut
  • ½ tbsp cacao powder (or more if you like it more “chocolaty”)
  • 2 shots espresso (or more depending on how strong you want your coffee)
  • 1 tsp cacaonibs

  1. In a small saucepan set over medium-low heat, whisk together the Barista Coconut and cacao powder. Let it simmer.
  2. Froth the mixture with a milk frother until it has the desired thickness.
  3. Pour de shots espresso in mugs and divide the coconut mixture between the two. Finish with cacao nibs and cacao powder.
