In a small saucepan set over medium-low heat, whisk together 400 ml Barista Coconut, maple syrup, cinnamon and coffee. Add the chai tea bag and let steep for 5 minutes. Remove the bag.
Froth the remaining Barista Coconut with a milk frother until it has the desired thickness.
Divide the chai mixture in mugs and pour some frothed Barista Coconut on top and make a fancy swirl.
