  • 500 ml Provamel Soya-Coconut alternative yogurt
  • 125 gr fresh blackberries
  • 4 tbsp cacao nibs

  1. If you have popsicles moulds,great! If not, plastic cups will do the job- you can half freeze these little beauties, push a stick or spoon into the middle when they’re firm enough and pop back in the freezer and finish off.
  2. So…take whatever you’re using as a mould and start with a layer of blackberries on the bottom, followed by the Provamel Soya Coconut alternative to yogurt, the cacao nibs, some more berries and a last layer of yogurt to finish off.
  3. Freeze until firm.
  4. Serve within 8 to 12 hours of making them, and keep your cool even on the hottest of summer days!
