Berry Coconut Ice Duet

  • 100 g raspberries
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 300 ml Provamel Soya with Coconut Alternative to Yogurt Free From Sugars

  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp chopped Dark chocolate

  1. Freeze the raspberries and blueberries for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a cup, mash 150 ml of Provamel Soya with Coconut Alternative to Yogurt + 1 date + raspberries.
  3. In another cup, mash 150 ml of Provamel Soya with Coconut Alternative to Yogurt + 1 date + blueberries.
  4. You can serve the ice cream immediately or store it in an airtight container in the freezer.
  5. Serve into glass bowls and sprinkle with the desiccated coconut and chocolate.
  6. Top each serving with a sprig of mint.
