Chocolate Pots

  • 100 g luxury Belgian Plain Chocolate
  • 12 white marshmallows, chopped
  • 115 g fresh raspberries
  • 250 ml Provamel Soya Organic Drink Chocolate

  1. Break the chocolate into small cubes and place in a bowl with the marshmallows. Melt over a pot of hot water (au bain marie).
  2. Make sure that the base of the ramekin dish is covered by a generous amount of raspberries.
  3. Mix the Provamel Soya Chocolate into the melted chocolate mixture. Pour over the raspberry base in the pots.
  4. Chill for 2 hours and serve decorated with a couple of fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint.
