  • For the pie crust:
  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 100 g plant-based margarine
  • 75 ml agave syrup
  • 1 pack of baking bowder
  • 3 tbs water
  • For the filling
  • 400 g plant-based alternative to quark
  • 150 ml agave syrup
  • 1 pack of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 50 g plant-based margarine
  • 175 ml Provamel Soya drink
  • 1 tbs soy flour
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • Pinch of turmeric

  1. Pie crust:
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Knead the dough and distribute it over a springform pan. Make sure to put dough on the sides of the pan as well.
  4. Filling:
  5. Combine all ingredients and pour them on the bottom of the springform pan.
  6. Bake the cake during 25-35 minutes on 200°C.
