Pear Parfait with Crumble

  • For the Crumble
  • 50 gr oat flakes
  • 50 gr flaked almonds
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon ( to own taste)
  • For the pears:
  • 3 pears, peeled and diced
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup (optional)
  • 1 tbsp of cinnamon (to own taste)
  • 500 gr Provamel Soya Vanilla alternative to yogurt

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C
  2. In a large bowl mix together the oat flakes, flaked almonds, melted coconut oil, agave syrup and cinnamon.
  3. Line a baking tray with baking paper and evenly spread the crumble mix over it. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until golden brown and let it cool completely.
  4. In a bowl mix the pears with the coconut oil and cinnamon. Cook in a frying pan or skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
  5. Take four bowls or glasses, divide the pears between them, spoon on a layer of Provamel Soya-Vanilla and finish with a generous sprinkle of the crunchy crumble topping.
