Preheat the oven to 200°C
In a large bowl mix together the oat flakes, flaked almonds, melted coconut oil, agave syrup and cinnamon.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and evenly spread the crumble mix over it. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until golden brown and let it cool completely.
In a bowl mix the pears with the coconut oil and cinnamon. Cook in a frying pan or skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
Take four bowls or glasses, divide the pears between them, spoon on a layer of Provamel Soya-Vanilla and finish with a generous sprinkle of the crunchy crumble topping.
