Summer bowl with coconut

  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 2 plums
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 50 g dried figs
  • 200 ml Provamel Soya with Coconut Alternative to Yogurt Free From Sugars
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp goji berries

  1. Stone the plums and cut the fresh fruit into pieces. Slice up the figs.
  2. Mix the Provamel Soya with Coconut Alternative to Yogurt with the cinnamon & vanilla and divide between two bowls.
  3. Mix the fruit well and divide over the soya coconut mix.
  4. Top with the coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds and goji berries.
