Put some olive oil on a baking tray and cover with some baking paper. Pour the dough over the tray and spread out evenly. Put in the oven for 30 mins. If the dough has nicely browned, its ready to take out. Let it cool before you cut it in bars. Store in an airtight box or freeze.
