  • 200 g dried fruit (apricots, dates, goji berries, raisins, cranberries, figs ...)
  • 200 g Provamel Soya-Almond alternative to yogurt
  • 1 tbsp vanilla-extract
  • 1 organic orange
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 50 g seeds (chia, sunflower seeds, linseed, sesame...)
  • 50 g popped quinoa
  • 50 g oat meal
  • 100 g (spelt)flour
  • 1 ttsp baking powder

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Cut the dried fruits in small pieces and mix with the vanilla-extract and the Soya-Almond alternative to yogurt.
  3. Ladle in the maple syrup, flour, balking powder, oat meal, popped quinoa and seeds . Grate some zest of the orange peel and mix with the dough. Squeeze the juice out of the orange and add to the dough. Mix well.
  4. Put some olive oil on a baking tray and cover with some baking paper. Pour the dough over the tray and spread out evenly. Put in the oven for 30 mins. If the dough has nicely browned, it’s ready to take out. Let it cool before you cut it in bars. Store in an airtight box or freeze.
