Banana, apple and wheat germ Smoothie

  • 2 tbsp of wheat germs
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 bananas
  • 75g fresh pineapple
  • 450ml apple juice
  • 250g Provamel plant-based alternative to yogurt

  1. Roast some of the wheat germs and sesame seeds. Let it cool. 
  2. Peal and slice the bananas. Remove the skin and the heart of the pineapple and cut the flesh in pieces.
  3. Mix the bananas and pineapple in a food processor or blender until you have a coarse puree.
  4. Ad the apple juice and blend again until you have a smooth mix. Ad the Provamel plant-based alternative to yogurt and the cooled wheat germs and sesame seeds. Mix one last time.
  5. Poor the smoothie in a decanter and serve cold.
