Avocado and Spinach Hummus

  • 100 gr fresh spinach
  • ½ avocado
  • 250 gr cooked or canned chickpeas
  • 3 tbsp Provamel Soya alternative to yogurt
  • 1/20 lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. In a blender, pulse the spinach until finely chopped
  2. Add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. So simple, so versatile! Delicious on toast, pitta bread with salad or as a sandwich filling.
