Citrus vanilla smoothie

Soya With Vanilla


  • 2 oranges, peeled
  • 1 lemon, peeled and deseeded
  • 500 g Provamel Alternative for yoghurt Soya Vanilla
  • 1 cm grated peeled ginger

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Finish with an orange slice (and optional some flax seeds). Serve immediately.


Boil the leftover orange, lemon and ginger peels together in water with an cinnamon stick for 15 minutes. Drain and serve hot with a splash of maple syrup. Enjoy your ”leftover tea”! (also good to drink when you have a sore throat)
