Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Provamel Natural soya alternative to yoghurt free from sugars
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds and flaxseeds( or whichever seeds you’re in the mood for or have to hand we’re not picky!)

preparation

  1. Peel the kiwis and chop the cucumber.
  2. Put everything into a blender
  3. Whizz until smooth and amazingly green
  4. At its refreshing best well chilled!

tip

For extra zing top with more chopped spinach, seeds and diced kiwi!
