  • 2 pears, cut into cubes
  • 1 banana, cut into pieces
  • 2cm ginger, peeled
  • smoked turmeric
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup
  • some lemon balm leaves
  • 600ml Provamel Soy Unsweetened Drink
  • topping: dried raspberries

  1. Place the pear cubes, banana, ginger, turmeric, agave syrup and a few leaves of lemon balm in a blender. Add the Provamel Soya Unsweetend.
  2. Blend into a beautifully smooth smoothie.
  3. Pour Yellow Mellow smoothie into each glass and top with fresh lemon balm and dried raspberries, tasty!
