Coconut Lemon Bliss Balls

Rice With Coconut


  • 100 gr brown almonds
  • 5 Medjool dates
  • 3 tbsp grated coconut
  • 1 lemon, zest
  • 3 tbsp Provamel Rice-Coconut Drink

  1. Finely chop the almonds ( or you can give them a quick pulse in a blender, but keep them bitty and crunchy).
  2. Finely dice the dates and stir together with the almonds, two tablespoons of the grated coconut and lemon zest.
  3. Pour in the Provamel Rice-coconut Drink. Mix well until good and sticky.
  4. Make eight little balls and roll them in the rest of the grated coconut to give them a nice, even coating. Pop in the fridge to firm up, or for as long as you can resist popping them in your mouth!
