1 spring onion
100 ml Provamel alternative for yoghurt Soya No Sugars
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
1 tsp herbes de Provence
Preheat the oven at 200°C.
Line an oven tray with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix the vegetable peels with olive oil (not too much), salt and pepper. Arrange the peels on the oven tray and place in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Stir occasionally until crispy.
In the meanwhile cut the spring onions into thin slices.
In a serving bowl, mix the Provamel alternative for yoghurt Soya No sugars with salt and pepper, smoked paprika, herbes de Provence and spring onion.
Remove the roasted peels from the oven and serve with the dip.
